A day as a Scrum Master
We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in Zurich. Here, we design and develop CMS platforms, e-commerce solutions, and custom applications for a wide range of clients, from startups and SMEs to large enterprises. We have built a strong hybrid work culture, complemented by regular team days in the office, to foster collaboration and team spirit. You'll be part of a purpose-driven environment where you can grow both personally and professionally, take ownership, and make a real impact.
You work on multiple client projects in parallel as a Scrum Master, and at times as a Product Owner.
You help teams maintain momentum by proactively identifying and removing impediments, improving the flow, while keeping the team focused on outcomes over outputs.
You guide teams and stakeholders through change initiatives and support the sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
You coach at different levels: team members on daily agile practice, product owners on prioritisation and value thinking, and client stakeholders on effective agile leadership.
You facilitate the right conversations at the right moments, from retrospectives and discovery workshops to stakeholder alignments and challenging client conversations.
Your profile as a Scrum Master
You have several years of experience as a client-facing Scrum Master, Product Owner or in a similar role.
You understand that AI is changing the way teams work and are motivated to coach teams through that shift rather than leaving it to chance.
You have a strong understanding of agile collaboration, psychological safety and change management.
You have a proactive mindset with the ability to empower others and drive continuous improvement, and confidently engage with stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships.
You communicate fluently in German and English to navigate complex environments.
