Your Role

• Identify and engage prospects, turning them into leads through strong networks and targeted conversations.

• Qualify leads based on client context, needs, and market demand

• Drive deals by shaping relevant, human-centred propositions together with designers, developers and product pwners

• Contribute to sales by guiding deals toward signed contracts and sustainable project work

• Build strong client relationships from the first interaction, creating trust and long-term collaboration

• Contribute to pipeline transparency and actively support triage with Production

• Strengthen Liip’s visibility, brand, and market positioning in the Romandie ecosystem

Your Profile

• You are well-connected in the Romandie digital ecosystem and authentically turn prospects into leads through networking and meaningful conversations

• You understand how to identify and prioritise qualified leads based on client needs, context, and market demand

• You are comfortable navigating business-relevant technologies (API, SDK, MCP, design systems and libraries)

• You bring ownership, proactivity, and structure to your work, contributing to a transparent and healthy pipeline

• You are reliable, curious and bring positive energy into client and team interactions

• Your first language is French, and you are fluent in English (German is a plus)
