Your day as People (HR) Specialist

• You are the first point of contact for Liipers from the Lausanne and Fribourg locations and trust for the whole employee life cycle

• You are involved in day-to-day People business, challenging situations and identify with our principles, like "open over closed" or "trust over control" 

• You proactively contribute in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of people (HR) and adapt and contribute with it to our self-organised way of working 

• You collaborate with teams throughout the entire recruitment process

• You like working on your own while still being part of a team and a self-organised company using Holacracy

Your profile as People (HR) Specialist

• You are experienced in most fields of the employee life cycle, and you want to take over responsibility

• You identify yourself with our culture and principles, and you have a clear stance

• You can work autonomously as well as in a self-organised team

• You are experienced in people-oriented digital solutions, agility and work 4.0

• Your first language is French. You speak English and maybe even German.
